Payment :

All prices are in Euros. Payments are made online by bank card and are secure through a PAYPAL platform.

There is no obligation for you to set up a PAYPAL account to make a payment, but you can choose to use it if you do have one.

In accordance with the European Directive 2000/31/CE, relating to electronical commerce, placing an order implies acceptance by the customer, which amounts to the conclusion of the contract and the agreement by the customer of the prices and of the description of the products for sale and of the terms and conditions of sale

 

Prices and delivery times :

Orders to France will be sent recorded delivery through Royal Mail and a postage charge of 9 euros will apply. Orders to Europe will be sent recorded delivery through Royal Mail and a postage charge of 15 euros will apply. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and the order will be dispatched within 5 to 8 working days.

All orders are dispatched from London, through Royal Mail. The postage charges are fixed and are specified before payment in the details of your shopping basket. Delivery times are within 3 to 5 working days from the date of the confirmation email.

 

Delivery issues

1/Delivery issues due to the carrier. Any defect relating to the delivery (damage, missing product, damaged package, broken products…) must without fail be written on the delivery slip, along with the customer signature.

If the product has been dispatched by « La Poste », and if the package is delivered open or damaged (in particular with the yellow “La Poste” tape) it is indispensable that the customer obtains from the postman or the post office a “declaration of damage” so the Studio Treize can start an investigation and a compensation procedure.

The customer will also need to confirm the damage by writing to the carrier within 2 working days from the delivery date a recorded delivery letter exposing the alleged complaints. The customer will have to simultaneously address this letter (with the original copy of the “declaration of damage”) by first class mail to “Studio Affre” 4 chemin d’écully – 69260 Charbonnières – France.

Complaints which are received late will be rejected.

1/ Delivery problems due to a delivery error. The customer will have to address to “Studio Treize” on the day of the delivery or latest the first working day after the delivery, any complaint regarding an error in delivery or products not matching the description (whether in nature or quality)  on the order form. Any complaint sent after this deadline will be rejected with no possibility of appeal.

Any complaint that is sent outside the above terms and deadlines will not be taken into account and will clear Studio Treize of any responsibility towards the customer.

Any product exchanges or returns will have to be returned in their entirety and in their original packaging in perfect condition, within 7 working days of the agreement of Studio Treize regarding the return, through Colissimo Recorded delivery, with insurance covering the market value of the returned products, to the following address: : Studio Treize 4 chemin d’écully 69260 Charbonnières – France. Studio Treize will only accept returns if it has been notified prior of this.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

In accordance with the Disposition du Code de la consommation sur la vente à distance (articles L121-16 et suivants du Code de la consommation), customers benefit from a cooling off period whereby only postage expenses will need to be paid by the cusomer. The law sets out a 7 working day cooling off period. If the cooling off period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday it will be extended up till the first following working day. After that deadline, Studio Treize will be entitled to refuse to exchange or refund.

Refunds and exchanges of our goods will only be accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition. Items which are returned dirty or cleaned or which have been worn or damaged will not be accepted. Return postage is at the customer’s charge. However, customers will not be charged again for postage in the situation of an exchange. Discounted items are not refundable but we will issue a discount code to use on your next purchase. Private data relating to the buyer

In accordance with the “informatique et liberté” law, dated 6th January 1978, customers have a right to access, rectify, modify and delete data relating to them.

Studio Treize shall not disclose to any third party information relating to their customers.
